This is a great basic immune booster supplement. I love that it’s gluten free, vegn, soy free and made in the USA. I also appreciate the they include all natural ingredients. Unfortunately I couldn’t take this for long due to the quercetin in it. Be cautious if you have a slow COMT gene as quercetin can cause some really unpleasant nervous system symptoms. Even taking just 1 pill caused issues. The pills aren’t overly big and are easy to swallow and didnt taste them. They are easy to use daily. I feel the current cost ($26) is a fair price for a monthly supply, however wish it included more immune boosting herbs or vitamins from that price. Overall, this supplement did not work out for me but it seems like a good product for those who can tolerate it.
This supplement arrived well packaged and properly sealed. The bottle feels solid and the label is clear and easy to read.I like having quercetin, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, and copper all in one supplement instead of juggling multiple bottles. The capsules are easy to swallow with very little smell or aftertaste. So far no side effects or stomach issues. For the price, it feels like a solid value and an easy addition to a daily health routine.
What I liked about this supplement is that it combines several of the immune-support ingredients I already tend to look for individually — quercetin, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, and copper — into one formula instead of needing multiple separate bottles. The capsules are easy to swallow and haven’t upset my stomach, though I do prefer taking them with food because zinc on an empty stomach can sometimes feel a little harsh for me personally.I also appreciate that the ingredient list feels fairly straightforward and focused rather than overloaded with unnecessary extras.Pros- Combines several popular immune-support ingredients- Includes quercetin plus zinc and vitamin D- Easy-to-swallow capsules- Convenient all-in-one formula- No unpleasant aftertaste- Made in the USACons- Zinc may bother sensitive stomachs if taken without food- Only a 30-day supply at recommended serving size- Benefits are more about ongoing wellness support than anything you “feel” immediatelyOverall, this seems like a convenient and well-rounded immune support supplement for daily use, especially during travel, seasonal changes, or times when you want a little extra nutritional support.
Although I do believe the minerals and vitamins in these may have helped a little in my battle with cold season, I found them very difficult swallow due to their large size, and the fact that they are covered in a fine yellow powder that coats my fingertips when I shake them out of the package. I'm not sure the boost I get from these is worth battling through swallowing the 2 a day serving size. I started with 2, but eventually went to one because they seem so large. I have experimented in opening them and mixing them into liquid to make them easier to swallow. The powder is a little tart, but not terrible. They work best mixed into applesauce in my opinion, because the rice flour makes dissolving them a bit difficult. I like that they're packed with lots of things that help ward off illness, but I just wish they were smaller and more manageable for me personally.
The ingredients in this are pretty fair and basic. There's some vitamins, zinc, and did not appear like there were any products or ingredients that seemed suspicious or unhealthy. The tablets are not too big and go down easily with a glass of water. There is a little bit of a powdery after-taste to them. I would say consuming these is quite easy to do. I've taken this a couple of times throughout a week but I haven't seen any noticeable differences in my immunity or my health. In terms of overall effectiveness, these appear to work okay. I feel like I have not felt as tired since using these. Overall, okay value for money. I think it would be nice to see more balanced boosters in this.
I’ve been looking for a way to simplify my supplement routine, and the Centurion Labs Defender Immunity Boost definitely helps with that. Instead of opening four or five different bottles every morning, this 5-in-1 blend packs Quercetin, Zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Copper into one formula.I really appreciate the comprehensive nature of this blend. It is great to have Quercetin and Zinc together since they work so well for immune function, and the capsules are easy to swallow without any strange aftertaste. It’s also reassuring to know it is made in a GMP-certified facility right here in the USA.The only reason I’m giving this four stars instead of five is the stomach sensitivity. Because of the Zinc content, I feel a bit of nausea if I take these on an empty stomach. I’ve learned to always take them with a meal, which solves the problem completely. Also, keep in mind that a full serving is two capsules, so one bottle is a 30-day supply. Value would be better if it was one cap per day. However it is easy to use.
I’ve used products from Centurion Labs before so I was actually really excited to get these, becuase they’ve always felt like a more serious brand versus a lot of the random supplement stuff out there. This one is a 5-in-1 immunity blend with quercetin, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, and copper, so it’s covering a lot of the basics people usually take separately but in one formula which I like for simplicity. Quercetin is something I don’t always see included but it’s known for supporting immune response and helping with inflammation, and then you’ve got zinc and vitamin C which are pretty standard for immune support, plus vitamin D which a lot of people are low on anyway, and copper which helps balance out zinc so you’re not overdoing one without the other. The capsules themselves are easy enough to take and don’t have a weird smell or anything off-putting, which I do notice with some supplements. Overall it just feels like a well-rounded formula from a brand I already trust, not something thrown together just to look good on a label. I’ll come back and update after I’ve taken them consistently for a while to see how I feel on them long term.
This feels like a “one and done” kind of supplement. Instead of juggling a bunch of different bottles, everything you’d want—quercetin, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, even copper—is already dialed in here.Capsules are easy to take, no weird taste or after effects, and it’s been simple to stay consistent with. I like having something on hand that feels a bit more comprehensive, especially during travel or when everyone around me is getting sick. The formula just makes sense, and it saves time (and shelf space) not having to piece everything together myself. Solid, reliable, and exactly what I was looking for in an immune support supplement.
This one has a clean, familiar immunity blend, but the listing itself works against it. The formula is exactly what you expect from a 5‑in‑1 setup: a heavy vitamin C dose, solid vitamin D3, zinc in a picolinate form, copper to keep the zinc balanced, and a straightforward quercetin add‑on. Nothing feels out of place and the label is easy to read. What immediately stood out, though, is that the listing shows multiple bottles even though you only receive one. I’m not at all a fan of that because it makes the offer look larger than it is and adds unnecessary confusion.Once you get past the presentation, the product is simple and predictable. It’s a basic capsule format with standard supporting ingredients and no unexpected extras. There’s also no proof of COA or third‑party testing, which is a downside for something in this category. Overall, it does what it says, but the way it’s shown in the images could be tightened so the product feels more straightforward and transparent.
While I have not experienced any adverse effects during this short period, I found the vitamins somewhat difficult to swallow, and I did not detect any noticeable taste. Furthermore, I have not observed any improvements in my energy levels, which may be attributed to my current menopausal stage. However, as I have only been taking them for a few days, I am reserving judgment on their full efficacy. I do appreciate the clear labeling of the ingredients, which suggests a comprehensive blend of vitamins to support immune health. Overall, I rate this product a 4 out of 5, as the short usage period prevents a definitive assessment, but I have not experienced any negative effects and plan to continue their use, particularly given my children's exposure to common illnesses at school.
I’ve been using this immunity supplement for a few days and it’s been easy to add into my daily routine. The capsules are simple to take and don’t leave a strong aftertaste, which I appreciate. I like that the ingredients combine quercetin, zinc, vitamins C and D, and copper, so it feels like a well rounded formula instead of taking multiple supplements. In terms of effectiveness, I noticed a subtle boost in energy and how balanced and steady I feel, but nothing immediate or dramatic. The price feels reasonable for a one month supply. On the downside, results take consistency and patience. Overall, it’s a convenient and straightforward daily supplement.
This Centurion Labs Defender Immunity Boost comes with a number of critical supplements: Vitamin C/D, Zinc (a bit of copper to help absorb the Zinc), and Quercetin, which is a strong antioxidant found in fruits and vegetables. As with any supplements, it's really hard to know what the efficacy is unless you have a strong deficiency in some particular element. Some studies have shown how vitamin C and D are crucial to many things, but amongst the many functions they can help with is immune support. Still, research is ongoing and there is still much to learn about how our body absorbs and regulates these things in our bloodstream (for example, some believe that high doses of Vitamin C are highly beneficial to immunity response, but oral supplementation is difficult because our body regulates how much of it actually gets absorbed into our bloodstream versus being passed out of our body - some have have found IV drips to be more helpful. But who knows? Same goes for Vitamin D - there's still alot being talked about and debated)I'm a big believer that the polyphenols and antioxidants found in plants play a major role in our overall health. These are compounds that protect the plant from the sun's rays and mutations, and we benefit from ingesting them. So the inclusion of Quercetin is a big plus.Country of Origin: UnknownCountry of Manufacture: USAPill Size: LargeOverall Thoughts:Like I said earlier, it is hard to know, even with long term use, whether any supplement is doing anything and how effective they are. These supplements are in line with what most similar products sell for these days at your local pharmacy. I found these supplements to be on the large size and not super easy to swallow. In addition, I'm a little frustrated that the bottle does not indicate clearly anywhere where the supplements are made - and equally as important, where the ingredients are sourced from. For those two reasons I'm only giving this 3*.
At first glance, the main product image led me to think this was a 3-bottle set, but this order included one bottle with 60 capsules. The label lists vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, copper, and quercetin, and the other ingredients are cellulose capsule, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and rice flour. The capsules have a bright greenish-yellow color that stands out right away. I opened one capsule into a bottle of water to check it, and it mixed well. I found it tasteless and odorless, which works well for me since I can add it to my daily protein shakes without changing the taste.I also like that this supplement keeps the formula simple and does not include extra add-ons like caffeinated stimulants. I appreciate that it stays focused on the main ingredients. I attached a few pictures of the product.
The capsules are easy to take and convenient for a daily routine, with a simple 2-capsule serving providing a full blend of nutrients. The formula focuses on covering the basics of immune support rather than including unnecessary fillers, which makes it feel clean and purposeful. With consistent use, it helps support overall wellness, especially during seasonal changes or times when your immune system may need extra support. One thing to note is that zinc may cause mild stomach discomfort if taken on an empty stomach, so it’s best taken with food.Overall, it’s a solid, reliable immune supplement with a practical ingredient profile and easy daily use—ideal for anyone looking to maintain general health and immune resilience.
I have been looking for something like this for quite some time. It has everything in it, that the others do not have. Quercetin, Zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin C hit the spot. The Price seems reasonable, for what you get. I am glad I found this, and highly recommend.
I've been feeling pretty good since taking these. I have been around a few sick people during work when I was taking this and maybe it was a stroke of luck, but I was lucky enough to not catch anything too major. Other than that, I think the vitamins, especially vitamin C, is great for the general cold.
I was really happy with this immunity blend. The combination of quercetin, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, and copper makes it an easy all in one option instead of juggling a bunch of separate supplements. The capsules are easy to take and do not have any strange aftertaste, which is always a plus.I like that the formula feels straightforward and not overloaded with fillers. It is the kind of supplement you can add to your routine without feeling like you are taking something heavy or harsh. After using it for a bit, I felt a little more steady during the day and it was nice knowing I was covering the basics for immune support.Overall, it is a clean and simple blend that does exactly what it claims. Great quality and worth keeping on hand.
A few weeks in, nothing dramatic to report, which is fine. Immune supplements aren't supposed to make you feel something. They're supposed to work in the background so you hopefully feel nothing at all.The formula is what convinced me to try this. Vitamin C at 500mg, Vitamin D at 50mcg, Zinc Picolinate at 25mg, Quercetin at 250mg, and copper at 2mg. That last one is the tell. High dose zinc depletes copper over time and most formulas just ignore that entirely. Including copper means someone actually thought past the marketing slide.Zinc Picolinate is worth noting too. Bioavailability varies a lot across zinc forms and picolinate absorbs well. It's a small detail that adds up when you're taking something daily. The back label makes some bold claims about flu, colds, and coronavirus that go further than the science supports. Read past that to what's actually in the capsule, which is the interesting part.Clean inactive ingredients, everything individually disclosed, no blends hiding behind a single number. Thirty servings at two capsules daily.Four stars. The formula does the thinking most immune supplements skip.
