At Centurion Health, your health, safety, and trust are our highest priorities. Centurion Health is a brand operated by Centurion Labs, LLC, and we are committed to manufacturing and delivering authentic, high-quality over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements.
Because we operate in the healthcare industry, we maintain strict standards for sourcing, manufacturing, testing, storage, and fulfillment. How We Ensure Product Authenticity
Direct Contract Manufacturing
All Centurion Health products are manufactured specifically for our brand through vetted contract manufacturing partners. We do not purchase finished goods from unauthorized distributors or secondary marketplaces.
Our pharmaceutical and supplement products are:
- Manufactured in FDA-registered facilities
- Produced in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Formulated and packaged specifically for Centurion Health
This controlled manufacturing model allows us to maintain full visibility into ingredient sourcing, formulation standards, and production quality.
Zero-Tolerance Anti-Counterfeit Policy
Centurion Health maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit, tampered, or altered products.
We do not sell:
- Repackaged items
- Opened or resealed products
- Decanted supplements
- Diverted or gray-market goods
- Sample-sized or unsealed pharmaceuticals
All products are shipped in their original, manufacturer-sealed packaging with intact safety seals and visible lot/batch identification.
Batch-Level Testing & Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Every batch of Centurion Health products undergoes quality testing prior to release.
We maintain:
- Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA)
- Verification of identity, purity, and potency
- Documented testing records for each production lot
COAs are available upon request for verification purposes. Customers may contact our compliance team to request batch documentation associated with their order.
Full Lot Traceability
We maintain complete lot traceability across our inventory and fulfillment systems.
This means:
- Each product batch is tracked from manufacturing through fulfillment
- Lot numbers are tied to customer orders
- We can respond rapidly in the unlikely event of a manufacturer recall
- Expiration dates are documented and monitored
Our internal systems are designed to support accountability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Climate-Controlled Storage & Fulfillment
All inventory is stored and fulfilled from our in-house warehouse facility located in Birmingham, Alabama.
Our facility is:
- Climate-controlled
- Humidity-controlled
- Clean and access-restricted
This controlled environment protects product integrity and helps preserve the stability and efficacy of active ingredients in both OTC pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements.
We do not utilize unverified third-party fulfillment networks for health-sensitive products.
Expiration & Inventory Management
Centurion Health follows strict inventory rotation procedures to ensure product freshness.
We:
- Monitor expiration dates at intake and before shipment
- Rotate stock using established inventory controls
- Do not ship products nearing expiration
