At Centurion Health, your satisfaction and safety are our priorities. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for both retail and wholesale customers.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

Orders may be canceled any time before a shipment confirmation email is sent. To request cancellation, contact us via:

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns - Customer Remorse (Retail)
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged
  • Product must not be expired
  • Proof of purchase required

Process:

  1. Contact us to request return authorization.
  2. Receive return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back using your own purchased label.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
No restocking fee applies to retail orders.

Exchanges are not offered. Customers must return eligible items and place a new order.

Refunds are issued within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.

Returns - Customer Remorse (Wholesale)
Unopened wholesale products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
A $50 restocking fee applies.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
All other eligibility requirements apply as listed above.
Returns - Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products
If your item is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing, notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Process:

  1. Contact us with your order number.
  2. Provide photos if requested.
  3. We will ship a replacement at no cost.

Return of the defective product is not required.
We cover all shipping costs for replacement shipments.

Adverse Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. We will provide a refund for the affected product.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Refund timing after approval may vary by financial institution.
