Thank you for shopping with Centurion Health! We are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands)
- APO/FPO military addresses
We do not offer international shipping outside of U.S. territories at this time.
Orders placed on or before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on weekends.

- Economy (5–8 calendar days): $6
- Standard (3–4 calendar days): $12
- Express (1–2 calendar days): $20
- Free Shipping on wholesale orders over $150

Delivery timeframes are estimates in calendar days and begin once the order has shipped.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection depends on destination and service selected. Some carriers may deliver on weekends depending on location.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Centurion Health fully guarantees delivery. If your order is lost, damaged, stolen, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
