California Proposition 65

Notice for California Customers

California Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings about significant exposures to chemicals that the State of California has identified as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

Centurion Health provides the following warning to California customers as a conservative precaution:

⚠️ CALIFORNIA WARNING: Risk of cancer and reproductive harm from exposure to lead. See www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/food.

Why am I seeing this warning?

Proposition 65 warning requirements are based on potential exposure—not simply whether a chemical is intentionally added to a product.

Lead and other naturally occurring elements can be present in trace amounts in soil, water, and agricultural materials. As a result, trace amounts may occur in botanical, mineral, marine, and other naturally sourced ingredients.

Centurion Health applies this warning conservatively to products shipped to California. The presence of a warning does not necessarily mean that a product violates a safety standard or is unsafe when used as directed.

Does this mean the product is unsafe?

A Proposition 65 warning does not prohibit the sale of a product or establish that the product is unsafe. Proposition 65 warning levels may differ from limits or standards established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other regulatory authorities.

Always follow the directions and serving information provided on the product label. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a dietary supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
