I don’t eat as many fruits and vegetables as I’d like, so I decided to give this supplement a try—and I’ve been taking it consistently for a couple of years now. I purchased this product because of the competitive price versus some other heavily advertised brands that have almost identical ingredients. This supplement is just that for me, like many people I don’t eat enough fruits & vegetables each day and these superfood greens will help fill that deficit in my diet. These seem to work fine. A little bit of discomfort at first but gone in a week (gas). I was paying much more for a powder and these seem to work as good with no mess. No taste at all that I notice.

These are so good! I wanted to add some quick, affordable healthy habits to my daily routine and these have helped tremendously. This Superfood works overall well being but for me especially it has lowered my high colesterol quite a bit.
