I wish I was more excited about this product. I got this product hoping to help with regular stomach pains and nutrient absorption.It seems to have helped with some of the digestive tract discomfort, but I think my issue is more significant than this supplement. I was also hoping this would help nutrient absorption. I am unsure if this is helping with that or not. At the moment Im very unhealthy, but getting back to healthier decisions.Overall, I think this is another average supplement. The one thing to like about this is the 100% satisfaction guarantee. I wont be contacting the company, because my issues are more significant than this supplement is able to help with.

I really did not expect this to work as well as it does. I feel like it really prevents stomach upset when eating high protein meals. It seems like it’s effective but it’s definitely hard to say for sure. It minimize indigestion and burpiness I tend to get from eating protein, especially red meat and pork. The value is definitely there are it’s quite affordable for what you get. I also really like that it’s third party tested! Would buy again.

These are a great supplement. They worked well for me and on par with others I have tried so I would say the quality is good. Betaine is very, very good if you have SIBO (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth, which you can research on line) but for anyone this should work for digestion, gut health and with hat nutrients. I was very happy pepsin was included for the sake of digestion. I do recommend it.

I ordered this thinking that since it is advertised for gut health, it may help GERD and acid reflux . But I just read that although the pepsin ingredient breaks down protein, the betaine ingredient INCREASES stomach acid. This product is for people with low stomach acid. Better late than never that I did my homework. The sales listing should explain that. Also although the label says USA made, there is no verification where the actual two ingredients are made. I gave it only two stars for lack of information in the posted sales literature.
