Troy Duell founded Centurion Health with a single, unwavering mission: to glorify God by creating a company dedicated to making life better. With over two decades of experience in pharmaceuticals, Troy has seen firsthand the need for honest, purpose-driven leadership in the health industry. He stepped out in faith to build something different—a company that puts people before profits, truth before trends, and mission before comfort.
At Centurion Health, Troy leads with conviction, always looking for ways to serve better, solve problems creatively, and lead boldly. He believes that health is a gift from God and a responsibility we’re called to steward well. Through transparent products, faith-based leadership, and a team-first culture, Troy’s goal is to equip people to live healthier, more purposeful lives.
