I take these vitamins every day while I drink my protein smoothie. This product has all the essentials that may be missing in a vegan diet. I am going to purchase it again. And I recommend this to anyone who is on a vegan or plant based or any diet for that matter. The only thing is the pills are hard pressed kind of not a capsule and may be difficult for some to swallow, but they can be crushed and put in a smoothie. But overall it is a good supplement to take as a multivitamin for anyone.

Didn’t work for me!
A great multi vitamin. I decided to purchase this again it reminds me of Green Source multivitamin which I had taken for years however it’s no longer sold. I’m so glad I found these vitamins. I feel refreshed in the morning and I have energy throughout the day.
Quality variety of vitamins, minerals & plus supplements. This gives me energy which I need everyday. It’s hard to find a good vitamin with a good percent with minerals at a reasonable price, & you can still swallow.

Supplement lives up to it's label. Strong, effective and it is a 3 tablets per day. I like it best because one can take one or two tablets if they're sensitive and cannot take all three. It provides the individual with options.I notice a big difference. Highly recommended.

Really like these vitamins you can feel them working lots of energy my nails are growing and my hair.The ingredients are beyond good so much in these and the price is just great most vitamins like this would coast way more I am loving them and will continue to buy them ❤️
You CAN'T BEAT the NUTRITIONAL VALUE that's in this Multi-Vitamin!

I view this product as competing with Solgar multivitamins. The price was good. However, this one has a very high level of vitamin A (4,500 mcg or 500% of MDA) per pill. The label suggests taking 3 pills per day or as directed by a healthcare professional, at which point you might be getting 15x the MDA of vitamin A. Consult a doctor and do your research to ensure that the vitamin A level, and indeed the levels of all ingredients, are safe for you. Please don't play around with unsupervised megadoses of vitamins, which can potentially lead to serious toxicity. I give this product 4 stars because Solgar seems to have a slightly better effect on my energy level, probably due to a different mix of B-complex vitamins. When buying vitamins it pays to compare the ingredients, dosage levels and pill counts, to get the best deal for the money, because prices vary widely among different manufacturers.
After having Covid I was looking for some serious multivitamins to help me get healthy again. I bought some over the counter ones without giving much thought to buying the gummies.. turns out they are mostly a daily candy (6g of sugar) with little doses of vitamins...After doing some research, i was super impressed with the thorough amount of nutritional ingredients and the percentage of daily value!Love that these are high in Vitamin C and Zinc for immunity, and also the benefits of wheatgrass!In week 1 of taking these, (my husband and I both) experienced a bright neon urine color (sorry for the TMI) but i read this is either from the Riboflavin or excess vitamins that weren't absorbed. Totally ok though. We were both also going to the bathroom a lot!! It felt like the vitamins could have been detoxing all the gunk from our bodies. But after week 2 that has subsided some.I do however love that I can feel a noticeable change in my body. I feel better, healthier, more energetic and haven't been sick since taking these. It's been about a month now, and i will definitely continue with these!!CON:My one drawback.. these pills are huge. Taking 3 a day is a royal chore.
