I have ADD and had really been struggling with focus, but after taking these for just a couple of weeks, I’ve noticed a big improvement. My concentration is sharper, and I have much more energy throughout the day. I have been more productive at work, and more organized. Last night I got home from work late and found my usually exhausted self cleaning the pool while listening to a podcast about college admissions.They are easy to swallow, have no noticeable taste or smell.I wasn’t expecting such a noticeable difference, but these really work! I’ve been taking a chewable methylated B12 and methyl folate supplement for many years. I decided to try this capsule which is very small and has a couple of other B vitamins, which are beneficial.There are people who have a genetic variant and cannot absorb folic acid because it is not the bioavailable form. It has to do with the mutation of the MTHFR gene. Whether or not you know you have this mutation, the bioavailable form of methyl folate is absorbable by everyone. I have personal reasons for wanting to keep my levels of methyl folate up. That it supports cognitive function is the main reason I began using methyl folate and B12 years ago.This seems to be a clean, high-quality product with no strange additives. It is a full four month supply at the dosage recommendation. Methylated supplements are the way to go.

I had to return this because it contains TMG. I think this is fine for most people. But I can't take it unfortunately. I have their Marine Collagen which contains Replenwell and I love it. It is very cutting edge for collagen.

I'm currently still taking these as it is a large bottle. I'm about half way through and I do feel a bit better with the extra vitamins. My blood results are now in the normal range. I would purchase these again.

I like that they use methylated forms of folate and B12, and the ingredients look solid. It’s hard to really measure how effective they are, but I haven’t had any negative side effects and they’re easy to take. I’ll probably keep using them for the peace of mind that I’m getting some extra support, even if it’s not something you can easily “see” results from.

I am happy with adding this supplement to my morning regiment of other vitamins. Easy to take with water. There does not seem to be any negative side effects. So far, the supplement has been an added benefit to my daily health. I would recommend the supplement.

I have been taking these multivitamins for about a month now and so far so good. The taste and smell is virtually non-existent which is good. I have not noticed an overall difference in energy so it is tough to gauge effectiveness. But the capsules are easy to take and I have not noticed any adverse issues with consuming them.

Vitamin content:Excellent methylated vitamins!  They have everything I need as a woman over 40 - easy to take, easy to digest and they help me balance out my unbalanced diet.Smell:No Weird Smell! Such a relief when you try new vitamins - the smell of some makes them impossible to swallow, and these are great. No smell, no odd aftertaste, nothing to keep me from taking these as directed. Quality:Excellent product, made in the USA.  Sealed, dark bottle to keep these fresh, and so far they've been great.

Very good mix of B vitamins and folate but no iron, because too much iron is bad for you (too much of anything is bad for you...) though there's more of a range for B's until too much is bad. No weird smell, which is what I don't like about some of the supplements I take. I feel good and get stuff done when I take my supplements! Would recommend.

I always take multivitamins and buy methylated when I can because they’re supposed to reach your system better. I’ve been taking these for a week without any issues or side effects. The price is reasonable and I think these are a good choice for methylated multivitamins. There’s a good mix of vitamins in the brand so will continue using.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I think this was great for if you need mainly B vitamins especially in a Methylated type. I did not really feel any type of difference in my body but being vitamins they dont really show fast its an over time type thing as long as you keep up on taking them daily! Taking it without food i noticed that I had no type of pains in my stomach same with taking it with food. Overall i think its a great vitamin that is vegan, you get a big supply amount, and its something amazing to help support your body!! There is no smell and it was really easy to take as well which is great.

Great methylated b vitamins! Its vegan, no additives and I always look for the GMP Certified stamp and 3rd party testing stamp. I wont buy any supplements that dont have those! They are also made in the USA! These are high quality methylated vitamins! Great price and easy to swallow!
