Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@centurion.health or call 888-886-2061 within 7 days of delivery. We’ll promptly send a replacement bottle at no cost to you.
Adverse Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. We will provide a full refund for that product.
Returns of Unopened Products
If you wish to return an unopened bottle, you may mail it back to us at your own expense to:

Once we receive your return, if the product is unopened, undamaged, and not expired, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
