I am not sure what to say. I do not see or feel any effct as I had with other brand. Perhaps, no effect is a good thing too😀 I would go with different company next time.
I used the product for approximately 2 weeks. I am sure that it does work to boost brain function, however with my medical condition my doctor advised against it. Speak to your doctor first before ordering.

I have been taking these for about a month. And they really seem to be working really well to just give me mental clarity. They are easy to swallow, and you get a good amount for the price. I like that I haven't noticed any adverse effects like sleep interruption. They also haven't given me any stomach issues.

Quality:This product has the right certification. I have used PS before for brain cell repair. it works to repair the lining of neurons in the brain. Especially good after major surgery's or chemo.

This Phosphatidylserine is a good value. Phosphatidylserine has various health benefits and is a good source of antioxidant. This supplement is made in the USA but not sure if lab tested.

I have been taking this supplement for over a month. I do not have any side effects after taking the supplements nor do I notice any outstanding effects from taking this supplements. Will continue to take it to see if anything comes out of it.

Phosphatidylserine was recommended for me by my Dr. I'm not a Dr. so do your due diligence to see if this is something for you. I'm taking this for brain, cognitive, support. I have taken other brands and I like this one as it's non GMO and it's soy free. So many others are not so I like these best. This is a 2 month supply, taking 2 a day. With the price of $13.47 this is a very good value. I will see how I'm improving at the end of 2 months and then see about ordering more. It's easy to take and I've not had any adverse effects. Recommend.

I remember taking soy lecithin for brain health and memory decades ago. This Number One Nutrition sunflower lecithin derived phosphatidylserine is very similar to that soy lecithin but is non-GMO and doesn't have all of the allergy issues found with the soy version. The sunflower lecithin is also cold pressed which provides a cleaner, healthier alternative. It is a significant improvement to the old lecithin supplements. As expected, I didn't have any adverse reaction to taking this supplement.
