I don't like how they put their inventory sticker over the information that I want to be able to read. I would rather have it partially cover the product name than the instructions or active ingredients. There's a reason they make manufacturers put that information on the product. I did remove the sticker, and there was a second sticker under it. I removed the second sticker, and it still left residue on the directions.I have taken it according to the instructions, on an empty stomach an hour before or two hours after a meal. I have not noticed any upset stomach taking it on an empty stomach and have had no noticeable side effects. I don't notice any smell or taste from the capsules. The capsules are slightly larger than some of the others that I take, but not bad.The price of $38.95 seems a little high to me for 60 capsules, which is a 30-day supply. I do like the ingredients and that it is made in the USA and tested by a 3rd party. If we notice a benefit, then we would purchase it again. If we don't see a noticeable benefit, then we probably won't purchase it again. I think it would be better if there were 120 capsules in the bottle.
