Great supplement for growing and overstimulated active children

Great supplement for children. Not going to lie, i got it for myself not realizing it was children's formulated. All the of the ingredients ate super important for growing children, and adults as well. Vitamin b12 always get all the attention for energy, while all the others go unmentioned. All these b vitamins contained in this supplement are fantastic. Therapeutic doses as well as bioavaliable to get the most effective absorption. Saffron is also a great addition to naturally calm the restless and overstimulated mind of hyperactive children. I was one of those kids growing up and wish now that my parents were educated on saffron supplements. Even as an adult i occasionally still take saffron.Great value and effectiveness

OK flavor, strong methylation support

The flavor is OK -- not great, but not bad either. These chewable pills taste like a Tums tablet and piece of sugarfree gum put together. There is a stevia aftertaste. I saw the 1-star review complaining about the flavor and I'm not noticing anything that matches that description. This supplement does have a small amount of NAC, which has a strong sulfur taste and smell. I can't smell or taste the NAC in my pills. If you get a bottle with a strongly "foul taste", you should probably contact the seller for a replacement. The pills are quite large. They are meant as chewables and I wouldn't recommend swallowing whole...not even as an adult. They can be cut in half with a butter knife and are pretty easy to crush with a large spoon on a cutting board. This is mainly a methylation support supplement. It includes a substantial amount of the active forms of B2, folate and B12. Different people can have different responses to methylation support. This supplement makes me a little anxious and jittery, which is a typical for me.I would prefer an option for a smaller dose. Consider splitting the serving size into two smaller pills which can be cut in half for a quarter dose.A magnesium supplement could go well with this one, as magnesium is a cofactor for activating B vitamins. Magnesium malate tends to be energizing, while (bis-)glycinate can be sedating. The bottle I received has an expiration date 3 months away, which sounds right to me. Active B vitamins have a shorter shelf life and degrade fairly quickly compared to synthetic / oxidized forms.Suggestions:• change the form of cysteine from NAC to RiboCeine (D-ribose-L-cysteine), since it's handled better by those with sulfur sensitivity

Centurion Premium Puralor AD Cognitive and Focus Supplement for Kids

For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count. This product is made in the US and states that it is 3rd party tested. Unfortunately there isn’t much additional information about 3rd party testing in a detailed certificate of analysis for quantities of the stated ingredients at this time which is pretty common. Some companies occasionally post it but it is unfortunately rare for most of them. The product recommended serving size is 0.5 to 1 tablet which gives 30-60 doses. Each tablet is quite large but scored in the middle and chewable so easy to split. This contains a very small amount of Vitamin D (25 IU 3% daily recommended), vitamin B2, B6, folate, B12, zinc, saffron, NAC, NADH, phosphatidyl-serine and -choline.They report these are helpful for kids focus. Most of the ingredients are pretty common in other vitamins with the main differences seeming to be Phosphatidylserine and Phosphatidylcholine as likely claims for focus, possibly the Saffron Extract. NAC and NADH more for longevity anti-oxidant type claims for adults than usually in kids vitamins.I will agree with some others that the smell is a bit off putting and odd as the taste is actually fine and very similar to old school chewable flintstones vitamins from back in the day.We haven’t noticed any unpleasant reactions but haven’t noticed a big change in clarity or focus either. These seem to be pretty expensive given most of the ingredients are pretty standard in other multivitamins. I would reduce at least 1 star for value given the ingredients.

Almost swallowed this chew pill... its Huge!

Almost choked on this memory and focus supplement. It was very large. Overall it gives a pep of energy with the b- vitamins ita meant for kids , but for me taking it it adds to my pepiness and a little bit of focus ability.

Good product

I got this supplement for my nephew to help support his focus and overall cognitive health, and so far, it’s been a pretty good experience. The chewable tablets are easy for him to take, and he actually likes the taste, which makes it much easier to stay consistent.I like that it includes a blend of ingredients like saffron, folate, and essential vitamins such as C, D, and zinc. It feels like a well-rounded formula aimed at supporting both focus and general wellness. From what I’ve observed, there have been some mild improvements in his attention and mood, though nothing too dramatic. It seems to work gradually over time rather than providing an immediate effect, which is fine but something to keep in mind. The only downside is that with just 30 tablets, it doesn’t last very long if taken daily. Overall, it’s a solid supplement with a thoughtful formulation, and I’d consider repurchasing to see if the benefits continue with longer use.

Good ingredient blend, but the pill size and smell need improvement

We have teenagers at home, so we’re always looking for supplements that are easy for them to take and pocket friendly too. This supplement have a great ingredient list, but the first thing we noticed is that the tablets are BIG. Much bigger than a prenatal vitamin and I already think prenatal vitamins are huge. I uploaded a picture of the tablet next to a prenatal pill so shoppers can see the size difference for themselves. I ended up cutting the tablet in half just so my teens could take it.The smell also took me straight back to the 80s ... that strong “wannabe cherry” scent that isn’t fooling anyone. Thankfully, there’s no aftertaste, but my teens were burping it all the way to school, which definitely wasn’t their favorite part. And I just gave them half of the pill.As for how they worked, supplements affect everyone differently, but they did share something funny: they had an exam that same morning and said they finished it super quickly and felt fully focused and didn't have trouble sleeping that night. I can’t say what caused what, but it was a cute moment worth mentioning.Based on my online research, here’s a simple ingredient breakdown for moms (and parents in general) who like to understand what each component is generally known for:• Vitamin D – Immune Support• Vitamin B2 – Energy Production• Vitamin B6 – Mood Balance• Folate – Cognitive Development• Vitamin B12 – Mental Focus• Zinc – Immune Defense• Phosphatidylserine – Memory Support• Phosphatidylcholine – Brain Health• Saffron Extract – Emotional Calm• NAC – Antioxidant Support• NADH – Cellular EnergyAnd I think I might be missing ingredients? It was a long list, so I wouldn't be surprised if I did. I would like to clarify that these aren’t medical claims - just the general roles these nutrients are commonly associated with. The formula itself seems promising, and based on my teen’s feedback, it did seem to help them feel more focused that morning. They didn't want to try it next day because of the size and smell. So, size, smell, and packaging could definitely be improved to make this more kid‑ and teen‑friendly.

Easy to take, but results take time

I got this for my child to support focus and overall vitamins, and so far it’s been easy to use. The tablets are chewable, which makes it much simpler compared to regular pills. The taste is actually decent, so there’s no struggle getting them to take it every day. That alone is a big plus.As for results, I didn’t notice any dramatic changes right away, but I think this is the kind of supplement that works gradually over time rather than instantly.Overall, it’s convenient and easy for kids, especially if you’re just looking to support general nutrition and focus without anything too strong.

Quality Ingredients

I ordered these Centurion Premium Puralor supplements and I am impressed with the quality of these supplements. The supplements are large and come in a chewable form. These are easy to take and swallow with little aftertaste. The flavor is sweet and sour but managable. It is diffucult to say how well these work for mood or focus after just a couple weeks use but I will update if I notice improvements in those areas. The bottle contains 30 tablets for a 30 day supply. These are a premium supplement and for the quality of these vitamins, there are a fair value.

Noticeable clarity and mental boost

Puralor cognitive supplement has been great for those moments when my brain feels overloaded or foggy. I originally picked it up hoping for a small improvement, but I was honestly surprised by how noticeable the difference has been. After about two weeks of consistent use, I started feeling more mentally clear and focused. Tasks that normally felt overwhelming or scattered became easier to manage, and I noticed better concentration throughout the day. It doesn’t feel jittery or overstimulating, just a smoother, more balanced sense of mental clarity.I also appreciate that it’s easy to incorporate into a daily routine. No weird aftertaste or discomfort, and it pairs well with a normal schedule without needing adjustments. While results can vary for everyone, this has been a really helpful supplement for managing brain fog and staying sharp during busy or demanding days. Definitely something I plan to continue using! 🧠✨

Interesting Supplement

I had heard about this particular supplement designed specifically to hep kids with focus. I like that these supplements have a high amount of vitamin B, C and D, the B is particularly high. It also has very good amounts of Zinc, Folate, and other essential minerals and vitamins. I took one as a test before giving to my son. I have to say these are very large pills, I think there are very few people that could swallow them. They are chewable, which is good and what I did. The taste and smell are okay, I think they are flavored with something to try and make them easier to chew but it’s more of a fake flavor and I’m not sure it helps much. It will probably be better to mixed them into something org else, so to swallow they are not easy to use but the fact that they are chewable and dissolving helps. I didn’t notice a big jump in my focus really, but it was just one pill and one day. I think I might have had a tad bit more energy. They don’t effect my sleep in anyway but I am a full grow adult. From a value for the money I’m not sure they are worth approximately $1.33 per pill but they might be useful if you need you child to focus for a specific event or day. Overall, I think they will work for some but might not be super effective for everyone.

Pretty Expensive

The materials say that these are for kids, but they provide such a mega-dose of B vitamins that I might be a bit hesitant to give them to a child. With this level of B 2, 6, and 12 these pills should give anyone a real energy boost - hence the claim that they will enhance cognition and focus. Just from reading the numbers, I'm sure that they will. However, I took a pill and a part of a pill, and didn't really notice anything too abrupt. The pills themselves are huge - bigger than anything that I've previously swallowed. The instructions say that the pills can be swallowed, chewed, or crushed. I tried swallowing a whole pill, and it was an exercise in will-power. I think the average person would have a very tough time getting a whole pill down their throat, as I typically have a very simple time doing it dry, and this was a challenge for me. I next tried biting a pill and chewing it up, which I think would be the preferred way to do it. It both bit and chewed easily. They have added some sort of flavoring to these pills which, although it doesn't taste bad, seems to produce a smell that I find unpleasant. When I first opened the container and sniffed the contents, I almost gagged and thought that the natural ingredients of the pills must have gone bad. However, I and my iron-clad stomach persevered and tried them, and that's when I noticed that the taste and the scent were connected - and the taste was better than the scent. If you do give these to your children, I wouldn't let them smell them first. I don't find the taste to be wonderful by any stretch of the imagination, but I do find it to be acceptable. So, I didn't really feel any different after taking the pills, but I will continue taking them for a few days and see what happens to me. I'm suspecting that I won't feel much of anything different, but if I do, I'll update this review. In summary, I'm thinking that there are too few pills with too little of an effect for too many dollars - but results from person to person can vary dramatically on such things. For me - I'll stick with caffeine when i need a jolt of cognition and focus.

Warning - enormous tablet

These tablets are enormous and have edges - not fun to swallow, and I take a handful of other pills all at once every morning. For scale, here is a photo of a multivitamin, fish oil capsule, and one of these tablets.

Interesting Formula, Though Kids May Not Love the Texture

I was curious about this product because of its ingredient profile. It combines several nutrients that play important roles in normal brain function and development, including B vitamins, folate, vitamin C, and zinc. The B vitamins are involved in energy metabolism and nervous system function, while folate is important for healthy growth and development. Zinc is an essential mineral involved in numerous biological processes, including immune function and cognitive development. Vitamin C is best known for immune support, but it also plays a role in overall health and antioxidant protection. As for the product itself, I actually like the taste well enough. However, this supplement is marketed toward children, and I'm less certain that kids will be as forgiving. The texture has a noticeable chalkiness, and the flavor is somewhat fruity but a little unusual compared to the chewable vitamins many of us grew up with. Some children may enjoy it, while others could be more hesitant.I also think products like this are best viewed as part of a broader nutritional approach. Personally, I would consider pairing a supplement like this with an omega-3 source, since omega-3 fatty acids are another nutrient often discussed in relation to brain and cognitive development. As for results, I didn't personally notice any significant difference. That isn't unusual with nutraceutical products, especially when they are intended to support normal health rather than produce an immediate, noticeable effect.Overall, I found the ingredient selection interesting and the product easy enough to use. The main challenge may be convincing some children to embrace the texture, but the nutritional profile appears thoughtfully assembled.

Easy-to-Take Daily Supplement for Kids

This supplement provides a convenient combination of vitamins, minerals, and additional ingredients designed to support focus and overall wellness. The chewable tablets are easy for kids to take, and I appreciate that the formula includes nutrients like vitamins C and D, zinc, folate, and saffron. As with any supplement, results can vary from child to child, but it offers a simple way to incorporate these nutrients into a daily routine.

Good vitamins

Good flavor and texture. My kids like them. Not sure yet if it is effective for focus, but it has a lot of great vitamins at an affordable cost so I am giving it 5 stars anyway.
