Started taking these magnesium supplements for constant leg cramps due to deficiencies caused by certain medications I take. After about two weeks the cramps, would were strong enough to wake me out of a deep sleep, have ceased. Capsules are a little large, but are easy enough to take with enough water. Have yet to experience any side effects from taking these magnesium citrate supplements such as upset stomach or gastric distress. Products are made in the USA FDA registered facility, 3rd Party tested and contains no additives or binders.
I'm very pleased with the purity of this product. I was already taking a couple other premium magnesium supplements (Pure TheraPro Rx's Optimum Magnesium for overall health and Magtein for cognitive health), and this has been a welcome addition to my daily supplement regimen. The citrate forms of the electrolytes magnesium, potassium, and sodium help manage oxalate intolerance, which is why I wanted to try this. I'm taking 1 pill/day (=1/2 dose) with food, which is what my body can handle in conjunction with the ~450mg of magnesium I'm getting from my other 2 magnesium supplements. These pills are the same large gel caps as those other forms of magnesium and aren't causing any GI upset as long as I take them with my main meal of the day.
This gel cap is easy to swallow with no taste. I like that they are using 'organic' brown rice concentrate in the other ingredients. It is made in the USA in a GMP facility and it is 3rd party tested.
There’s quite a few different forms of magnesium but I’ve learned magnesium citrate is one that my body absolutely can’t live without (it really helps my digestion) so I’m really happy to have come across this supplement. It’s JUST magnesium citrate but done fabulously. The dose is spot on for what I need, the capsules are easy to get done, it’s made in a GMP certified facility & is 3rd party lab tested…wins across the board!! Wonderful product.
This 2-bottle pack of Magnesium Citrate is a great product, with each bottle containing 120 capsules that are very easy to swallow - and I'm ecstatic about the fact that this product is made in the USA. I think it's great to know that these Magnesium Citrate capsules are not coming from overseas.I'm very happy with this product, and I have absolutely no complaints or issues with this product whatsoever.
I take Magnesium Glycinate regularly for night leg cramps and am convinced that it works for me. I decided to give Magnesium Citrate a try to see if it was effective and, if so, to a greater or lesser degree than the other product. As near as I can tell it works well also. The material I read says that there is not necessarily a scientific basis for the effectiveness of these products to relieve cramps, but it seems effective to me. I give four stars as I prefer gummies and this product comes as capsules. I do find easy enough to take, though, with a big drink of water.
It’s important to take magnesium everyday this one is made in USA non gmo no additives. Just what I want.
I am someone whose works out every day. I do a lot of jogging and walking and have terrible issues with crawling and cramping legs at night. I I had read that magnesium is really good to help with leg cramps. I was pleased that these were capsules instead of pills. So easy to swallow. I started taking these at night with a glass of water before bed. I noticed within the first week that my sleep had gotten much better. I was no longer being awakened with cramped up legs. My sleep is very restful. I highly recommend the supplement it has done me a world of good.

Nice dose of magnesium citrate. I can't speak to the effectiveness of this particular product because I have been taking magnesium continuously, but I still feel great while taking this product. So far no complaints.

These magnesium supplements are supposed to be good for bone health and overall energy and body function. You take two a day and there’s 1250 mg per serving. The only thing that concerns me is you have to be careful how much magnesium you ingest from all sources And it’s probably best to check with your doctor.
