Methylated Multivitamin

I had to return this because it contains TMG. I think this is fine for most people. But I can't take it unfortunately. I have their Marine Collagen which contains Replenwell and I love it. It is very cutting edge for collagen.

I'm currently still taking these as it is a large bottle. I'm about half way through and I do feel a bit better with the extra vitamins. My blood results are now in the normal range. I would purchase these again.

I like that they use methylated forms of folate and B12, and the ingredients look solid. It’s hard to really measure how effective they are, but I haven’t had any negative side effects and they’re easy to take. I’ll probably keep using them for the peace of mind that I’m getting some extra support, even if it’s not something you can easily “see” results from.

I have ADD and had really been struggling with focus, but after taking these for just a couple of weeks, I’ve noticed a big improvement. My concentration is sharper, and I have much more energy throughout the day. I have been more productive at work, and more organized. Last night I got home from work late and found my usually exhausted self cleaning the pool while listening to a podcast about college admissions.They are easy to swallow, have no noticeable taste or smell.I wasn’t expecting such a noticeable difference, but these really work! No side effects for me except the usual bright yellow urine, which is common with B vitamins. Good quality at a great price, snap them up before the price increases!

I am happy with adding this supplement to my morning regiment of other vitamins. Easy to take with water. There does not seem to be any negative side effects. So far, the supplement has been an added benefit to my daily health. I would recommend the supplement.
