I love this new-to-me D-Mannose. It not only has cranberries, but Dandelion and Hibiscus, too. I've heard so many good things about both of those plants recently. I follow a lot of naturopathic doctors and they seem to like them. Even my MD loves D-Mannose and actually suggested it to me. It works! Not medical advise. Just telling you what I do. Always ask your doctor before you take these kinds of things.

I have taken all kinds of supplements with no change or improvement. But with these, I could tell a difference in 3 days with a reduction of the dribbles/frequency when used in conjunction with my medication.I have used this brand for over a year and will continue to do so. It works.I know chamomile herb affects the brain. But I am not sure if it is the D Mannose of the Hibiscus that works on the brain synapses but it does help.

I have taken these for years and have only had one UTI in the first month I started taking them. It works wonders and when I feel like I might be getting a UTI, I follow the directions on the bottle and I never end up with one. It is the best resource I have ever had.

I really like this product. It has improved my health but the price contines to rise on a monthly basis and I simply cannot afford that continued practice. I am a senior citizen with a fixed & limited income and will probably have to use a similar product for the rest of my life but I will have to look for a different brand that has a more stable price.

I had been using another brand without nearly as much cranberry and no hibiscus or dandelion. As soon as this one arrived, I switched, and could feel difference within 8 hours continued 4 daily for 5 days, then dropped to 2 daily. Will continue for another week, as all symptoms have cleared up.
