Writing an honest review of supplements usually involves sharing why you’re using and the benefits you believe you are receiving from them. My first review was rejected, I’m guessing due to a specific illness I named despite not claiming efficacy for it. So I will just say that we are fortunate that our Dad is already generally healthy ON HIS OWN, however we have continued buying these supplements because we like the various nutrients included and we figure they couldn’t and haven’t hurt!
Had to take one instead of two, but feel better and with more energy.
In 2020 I started taking immune boosting supplements, and this is one of them - I take it faithfully twice a day and I have not gotten sick not even a cold in 3 years, So whether it's this item or the combination of supplements IDK but I'm not going to stop just to find out!!!
I like it for the Elderberry, echinacea, turmeric, and other things
Great value for the same ingredients as other expensive brands.
I wanted something to strengthen my immune system - so far, this stuff has fit the bill - my allergies have greatly diminished and I haven't been sick, had an ear or sinus infection - time will tell, but seems like a great product that works.

I love this product!!! Everything I want is in one easy to swallow capsule.
The strong aftertaste once taken is short lived, but a breath or two after ingestions its potent! My previous immune booster (5 in 1 Viva Naturals Elderberry) I liked a lot, and had barely a noticeable aftertaste. This capsule seemed interesting as it claimed to have 10 immune boosters in a single capsule, versus 5. At around the same cost, I gave it a go.When compared further, this capsule has less Elderberry (330mg vs 1000mg), less vitamin C (180mg vs 400mg) however, does have higher Zinc (16mg vs 10mg). Those 3 ingredients overall are the however, are the only shared ingredients of both products. In addition to those 3, this capsule has Vitamin E, B6, L-Glutamine HCL. Echinacea Powder, Garlic Powder, Turmeric, and Lactobacillus Acidophilus. I attribute the strong aftertaste big time to the Garlic/Turmeric powders as that's definitely the taste of those few after ingestion breaths.I'm about 2 weeks in, and nothing has caused me any ill effects thus far. TBH, not 100% certain as to what the threshold is for medicinal value of any given ingredient is in order to be able to say this is better/worse than another offering. So there you have it.
Garlic after taste bug the benefits is good.
