This prostate supplement seems to work well I've been taking it for a while I've had no side effects and so forth and no digestive issues. The size of the capsules are slightly latge but go down easy with plenty of water. Time will tell ultimately how well they work as I will keep taking and update in the future. The ingredients are great all good stuff that help Jeep your prostate healthy. The price isn't bad $29.95 for 3 months worth so a good value for the price paid.
I tried these “Centurion” Natrxa Complete Prostate Support soft gel pills for a full 30 days (2 daily) as part of my wellness routine. The promising formula combines popular ingredients like Saw Palmetto, Beta-Sitosterol, Lycopene, Stinging Nettle, Selenium, and Pomegranate extract. The softgels are easy to swallow with no unpleasant aftertaste, and I appreciate the convenient once-a-day dosing for a full month.Beta-Sitosterol and Stinging Nettle have reasonable evidence for helping with urinary flow and comfort, while the antioxidants from selenium and pomegranate add general support. However, results were mixed for me. And even though I received this through the vine program, as always, I look at the pricing and this supplement sits on the pricier side for supplements. It’s a solid, well-made option if you’re looking for broad prostate and male vitality support, but it’s no miracle cure and I’m sure the benefits vary by individual.Four stars: promising ingredients and quality, but a bit pricey for everyday long-term use.
Husband has had various prostate issues over the past decade and agreed to try this formula to see if there would be any improvement in his chronic symptoms primarily of frequent voiding. The ingredients are familiar and in general, items you'd find in a similar supplement. Its made in the USA and is 3rd party tested, which we both like. The bottle contains 60 softgel capsules which are fairly easy to swallow (a one-month supply). After 1-2 weeks, he noticed some subtle improvements in nighttime comfort; the number of times he needed to get up and go to the bathroom did decline a bit. Beyond that, there's no dramatic improvement but he did agree to continue taking it for at least a month to see if things improved more.Overall, this is a good product sold by a small business. Just understand it is a gradual, long-term-use product.
Sometimes it can be difficult to evaluate exactly what impact a supplement has on your body. In the case of this Centurion Natrxa Prostate Formula, I was able to completely swap it for a prostate formula that was working well for me, and within a couple days, I was seeing a clear difference. For thoroughness, I continued the swap for an additional week, just in case my body needed to adjust to the new formulation. So, how did this product compare? Not very well.Flow rate decreased, urgency returned and after months of sleeping through the night with an occasional single waking, on Natrxa I was quickly back to 2-3 wakenings per night to relieve myself. On all these metrics, the product was better than when I've been on no prostate formula at all, so it has some activity for prostate health, but the performance, for me, is unacceptable.I planned to use the entire 30 day supply for review purposes, but I can no longer justify suffering the mediocre management of my BPH symptoms when I have an alternative that I know works better!I did compare ingredients, and not only is Natrxa missing some key components, but I see some doses here that seem far too low to be effective.Maybe someone with milder symptoms might find this useful, but I really can't recommend it. 3 stars because it does something, while not being very effective at doing it.
When I saw that this product was available, I jumped at the opportunity to order it, despite not taking the time to look at its ingredients or retail price. Such is life when competing with thousands of Vine Voices for a select few supplements from quality producers to review. It unfortunately didn't work out. When I saw that this product contained saw palmetto, I became concerned. Why? Because saw palmetto's effect is to reduce PSA levels in the blood, giving people a false sense of prostate health. And it can cause bleeding issues for people who take daily doses of NSAIDs for pain management. So I tried one capsule of this product (half dosage) daily for a few days, and I didn't notice any effects, positive or negative. Since I wasn't willing to take the full dosage, I set the bottle aside. If you believe saw palmetto is a quality ingredient for prostate health, then you may have better results with this product than I did. So let's give this product four stars. While it did nothing for me at half dosage, it's certainly possible it will do something for others.
I added this prostate support supplement to my daily routine to see if it would make any difference over time. It’s easy to take, with softgels that go down without any aftertaste or discomfort. After a few weeks, I noticed some subtle improvements in nighttime comfort and overall routine consistency. Nothing dramatic, but enough that I’ve continued using it regularly. The ingredient blend is what initially caught my attention, with familiar components like saw palmetto, beta sitosterol, and lycopene included. It feels like a well-rounded formula rather than a single focus supplement. It doesn’t provide any immediate or noticeable “kick,” but that’s expected for something in this category. The value here seems to be in consistent daily use over time.Overall, a straightforward supplement that fits easily into a routine and offers gentle, gradual support without any hassle.
I experienced no negative side effects from this supplement -- but I also noticed no positive ones. So take that for what it's worth. The formulation is reasonable on paper: Selenium, Lycopene, Saw Palmetto, Beta Sitosterol, Stinging Nettle, and Pomegranate are all commonly cited ingredients in prostate support supplements. The 60-softgel count covers a full 30-day supply, and the softgel format is easy to take.I included some photos of the largish softgel capsule in case that is of interest to anyone.BOTTOM LINE:A benign experience -- literally. If you're looking for dramatic results, I can't promise you'll find them here. If you're simply looking to add a prostate support supplement to your daily routine without worrying about side effects, this one checks that box.If things change, I'll update my review!
I’m an old guy so it’s time for help with the prostate. These supplements have all the commonly used ingredients in them. They are in a typical sized hell capsule. There’s kind of an odd odor to the capsules but it’s not bad.Directions are 2 capsules a day which is a 30 day supply. So far so good. No ill effects. I’m not sure how one tells if these are working but I’ll discuss with my Dr.
Has a solid lineup of ingredients you usually see in prostate support supplements; saw palmetto, beta-sitosterol, and lycopene; looks like a well-rounded formula. The softgels are easy to swallow. So far, it’s been straightforward; I can’t speak to long-term results yet. Like most supplements, it's something you’d need to take consistently over time to really notice a difference. At least no side effects for me. It seems like a decent option ingredient-wise, but I’m in that “we’ll see” phase as far as effectiveness goes.
This men's prostate support formula seems to have a lot going for it as far as ingredients but I found no real benefit/effectiveness compared to straight saw palmetto. Yes, it has SP but not a lot. The manufacturer is trying to pack a lot of varied ingredients into a single capsule which means that it's difficult to know what might be working and what is just an extra ingredient to list on the side of the bottle.I found no real negative side effects so try this if you want in order to see if it helps in your situation.
This supplement has a really solid mix of ingredients — saw palmetto, beta‑sitosterol, lycopene, selenium, stinging nettle, and pomegranate. It feels like a well‑rounded formula for general prostate support, and the softgels are easy to take. The only downside for me is that it takes a while before you notice any real effects, so it’s not a quick fix. Still, the quality of the ingredients makes it worth sticking with, and it earns a solid four stars.
Great aging male support. Delivers antioxidants and other compounds directly tied to urinary tract health. Two of the ingredients are also standardized and branded forms:Lycomato (often branded as Lyc-O-Mato) is a patented, standardized tomato extract rich in lycopene, phytoene, and phytofluene.SelenoExcell is a highly bioavailable, organically bound form of the trace mineral selenium. It is primarily used as an antioxidant dietary supplement to support immune function, cardiovascular health, and thyroid regulation.I love seeing ingredients like this on a label because it means the company actively cares about delivering the pertinent ingredients in efficacious doses. It is slightly pricey but worth it for a well rounded formula with a couple standardized ingredients.
These little capsules were easy for my husband to swallow and he didn’t report any issues with digestion. I’m just not sure how we would know if they are really effective or not - he did not notice any difference in how he felt or in energy levels. However, the ingredients seem to be of good quality and the expiration date is well in the future, so he has plenty of time to take them. It’s good to add to a daily vitamin and supplement regimen- just hard to tell if they are actually doing anything. A good value for the price though.
The Centurion Natrxa Prostate support supplement has most of the ingredients typically recommended for prostate support. They seem to perform similar to other brands I have been using. The price is a little high for a 30 day supply but compares to some of the more recognized brands. I appreciate that this supplement does seem to be effective for me and as we get older this is super important.
This product is a good compliment to Saw Palmetto that I am already taking for prostate health. I have noticed that I don't have to get up as many times at night as I did before. The bottle is exactly as appears in the listing photo.
This is a well-rounded men’s health supplement with a solid ingredient lineup: selenium, saw palmetto, stinging nettle, and pomegranate extract all in one formula is a nice touch. The softgels are easy to take, and I appreciate the focus on quality and testing. That said, after about three weeks of use, I can’t say I’ve noticed any clear or measurable benefits yet. It may take longer to see results, but so far it feels more like a good-on-paper formula than something you can really feel working.
I like this formula because it includes both Saw Palmetto and Beta‑Sitosterol. A lot of prostate supplements skip Beta‑Sitosterol entirely or underdose the Saw Palmetto, so it’s good to see both included here at meaningful levels. The blend is straightforward and avoids the overly complicated “everything but the kitchen sink” approach some formulas take. There is pumpkin seed oil listed, but it appears in the “other ingredients” section, so I assume it’s only being used as a carrier oil rather than a functional dose. The rest of the formula is clean and focused, and it seems to provide good support for me.That said, while I don’t mind a simple blend, the price feels a little high for what’s included. Many prostate formulas at this price point include additional supportive ingredients like pygeum, zinc, vitamin E, or higher amounts of plant sterols. This one sticks to the basics, which is fine, but it does make the value feel a bit stretched. The softgel format is a plus — easy to take and generally better for oil‑based ingredients. Overall, this is a well‑structured prostate supplement with the key components I look for, but I do think the formula could offer a bit more given the cost.
I appreciate that this supplement is made in the USA and third party tested, because those are meaningful quality markers for a product in this category. That does help build confidence in manufacturing standards and consistency. That said, my husband has been taking it for about a week, and he has not noticed any clear improvement so far. Based on the ingredient profile, that is not especially surprising. Supplements marketed for prostate support often rely on ingredients like saw palmetto, beta sitosterol, lycopene, selenium, and stinging nettle, but the evidence for noticeable symptom relief is mixed overall, and saw palmetto in particular has not shown strong benefit in major reviews for urinary symptoms related to enlarged prostate. From a technical standpoint, this kind of formula is usually positioned as long term supportive care rather than something that produces fast, obvious changes in a few days. So while I like the manufacturing side of the product, the real world performance has not been convincing in our experience so far.Overall, this may appeal to buyers who value the ingredient list and third party testing, but after one week of use, the results have been underwhelming.
This Prostate support supplement is one of the most impressive I've seenof this "ilk" in a host of ways.First, the pill "format" is very professionally constructed; in general, the "soft gel" format is superiorin terms of making the dosage "bioavailable".Secondly, it is much easier to swallow than a hard capsule.Third, generally this manufacturing process is "more expensive" that a hard tablet.Fourth, the "array" of ingredients is a veritable "who's who" for Prostate Support. They didn't miss a trick.I have been taking them for a while, and they seem to be helpful.
