Good Prenatal Overall - Doesn't Include Choline and Some Other Key Vitamins

Overall, this is a really good prenatal vitamin. It has many of the key nutrients a pregnant woman and her baby needs. I have had particularly bad nausea lately, and the size of this prenatal versus others I've taken is easier to swallow, which helps me get the nutrients baby and I need. I don't really notice any sort of taste with this prenatal either. One note I will make, though, is that this prenatal does not include a lot of nutrients my body does need. Some examples of that are Choline, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Copper, etc. While it does well with the B vitamins, Folate, and DHA, I did notice those were missing. Since Choline is really important for baby's development, and my immune system is suppressed due to being pregnant (so Vitamin C is big), I was a bit surprised to see those weren't included. For the price, I would expect more.I like that this product is manufactured in the USA and that the size is smaller if I'm struggling with swallowing things due to tummy troubles. That said, I'd probably look at other, more comprehensive prenatal vitamins in the future before repurchasing this one.

Not For Vegan....

I'm neither pregnant nor planning for pregnancy. I mainly got it because of the nutrients provided for health purpose. The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. Now, I wish that they would have use magnesium glycinate instead of the oxide form, and plant based gelatin instead of bovine, so it's not recommended for vegan lovers.

Centurion Health Premium Prenatal Vitamins [10 Powerful Ingredients] with DHA, EPA, Folate

For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count. This product is made in the US and states that it is 3rd party tested. Unfortunately there isn’t much additional information about 3rd party testing in a detailed certificate of analysis for quantities of the stated ingredients at this time which is pretty common. Some companies occasionally post it but it is unfortunately rare for most of them. The product recommended serving size is 1 softgel which gives 30 doses. They contain multiple B vitamins, folate, iron, iodine, magnesium zinc and omega 3 DHA for algal vegetarian sources. It does have a number of components of a good prenatal vitamin. They state DHA and EPA both in the vitamin but only list DHA on the nutrition facts. The soft gels are very easy to take (as they are a bit smaller and smoother than some options) and don’t cause any unpleasant side effects. They seem priced relatively similar to some other options although some less expensive ones seem available.

Simple one-a-day prenatal with DHA and essential nutrients

These Centurion Health prenatal vitamins offer a streamlined formula with a focused set of ingredients commonly included in pregnancy support supplements. The blend includes folate, iron, B vitamins, iodine, magnesium, zinc, and omega-3s like DHA and EPA, which are typically used to support maternal nutrition and fetal development as part of a daily routine. One standout feature is the inclusion of 300 mg of DHA per softgel, which is often recommended in prenatal supplements for brain and vision development. The one-softgel-per-day format is also very convenient, especially compared to multi-pill regimens that can be harder to maintain consistently. The softgel is easy to take and designed to be gentle on the stomach, which is important during pregnancy when sensitivity can be higher. The formula is relatively straightforward, which may appeal to those who prefer a simpler ingredient list rather than an overly complex blend. Overall, this is a convenient prenatal option with key nutrients in a single daily dose, making it easy to incorporate into a routine. Good value here for a nice product.

Easy Prenatal with Great Ingredients + No Stomach Issues

This prenatal has been a really nice find. The ingredient list is solid and covers all the essentials—natural forms of folate, B6, B12, riboflavin, iron, iodine, magnesium, zinc, plus omega-3s. I especially love that it includes 300mg of DHA, which is so important for baby’s brain and vision development. It feels like a well-rounded supplement without needing to add anything extra. One of my favorite parts is how gentle it is on the stomach. Prenatals can sometimes be rough, especially with iron, but I haven’t experienced any nausea, heaviness, or discomfort with this one. That alone makes it stand out for me. It’s been easy to take consistently, even on days when my stomach is a little more sensitive.( which is daily lately ha)The softgels are a good size—not too big—and go down easily. There’s also no bad taste or odor, which is a huge plus because that can be a dealbreaker with prenatals. Only needing one a day is also super convenient and makes it easy to stay on track without feeling overwhelmed by multiple pills.I also appreciate that it’s made with more natural, carefully selected ingredients. It gives peace of mind knowing you’re putting something clean and supportive into your body during such an important time.Overall, this feels like a high-quality prenatal that’s convenient, effective, and easy to tolerate. If you’re looking for something simple but still packed with all the key nutrients for both you and your baby, this is definitely worth considering. Nutrients for both you and your baby, this is definitely worth considering.

Good basic prenatal. Has what you need and no fillers

This is a good all purpose multivitamin. It has everything that you need for when you are pregnant or trying to conceive. Some pre-natal an add a bunch of extra ingredients and fillers. This hits what is recommended by doctors. I am not pregnant, but I like taking these for better hair and skin. They are small and easy to swallow. I feel like the liquid capsules absorb better than the powder. I don’t burp these up and I can actually take them on an empty stomach. Most other multivitamins I have to take with food or else I get nauseous.

Missing Too Many Essentials To Be a Complete Prenatal Supplement

Although this contains some of the ingredients suggested for prenatal vitamins, I feel that it is lacking a lot of others. When I saw that the daily dose recommended was one softgel, it seemed too good to be true. I think one of the things women can agree on is that finding a prenatal vitamin that is easy to take can be difficult. Whether it be the smell or size that makes it a struggle. We know the importance, so we do what we must. Personally, especially for the cost, this doesn't provide everything I want in a prenatal. I wouldn't use it as a stand alone when I could buy something more complete for the same price or less.

A not-so-complete prenatal.

I really wanted to love this prenatal because a one-a-day softgel is so convenient… but unfortunately, it falls short where it matters most.Big issue: it’s not complete. This is missing several key nutrients you typically want in a prenatal: (Choline, Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin A (pregnancy-safe form), Vitamin K, Selenium & Copper)So while it seems simple, you’ll likely need to add multiple supplements kind of defeating the purpose. What feels off balance: Extremely high B vitamins (especially B12 + B6), Very high folate and Low magnesium (and in a poorly absorbed form) and Caramel color (just for looks…?)What it does well: Uses active/methylated B vitamins, Includes 300 mg DHA (algal source 👏), Zinc glycinate is a good, absorbable form.Convenient? Yes.Complete? No.This feels more like a partial prenatal + DHA rather than an all-in-one. If you choose this, just plan on supplementing the gaps.

Great all-in-one prenatal that is gentle on the stomach

I picked up these Centurion Health prenatal vitamins for my daughter and the quality of the ingredients is really impressive. It’s a very well-rounded 10-ingredient formula that includes the essentials like natural folate, Iron, and B12, but it also packs in 300mg of DHA, which is great for fetal brain and vision development. It’s a very efficient supplement because you get everything you need in just one softgel a day, rather than having to take multiple pills. One of the best things about these is that they are formulated to be gentle on the stomach. Pregnancy supplements can sometimes cause digestive discomfort, but these use natural ingredients that go down easily. They are also gluten-free and have no weird aftertaste, which is a big plus. The 30-day supply is very practical, and it feels like a high-quality, safe choice for both mom and baby. If you are looking for a potent, all-natural prenatal that covers all the bases without being harsh on the system, this is a top-tier option.

Quality prenatal vitamins!

These prenatal vitamins have really good ingredients in them. They are easy to take, they are softgels and are smaller than the typical capsules. They have no taste or odor. They don’t hurt my stomach and are easy to digest. They are made in the USA.

Gentle Prenatal Support with Noticeable Benefits

I like that these prenatal vitamins cover the main essentials like DHA, EPA, folate, and vitamin B12 all in one softgel, which makes things feel a lot simpler. The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t have an overpowering taste, which is a big deal when you’re already dealing with a sensitive stomach. There is a slight vitamin-like odor when you open the bottle, but it’s not strong or off-putting, and I didn’t notice any lingering aftertaste once taken. What stood out to me is that they feel pretty gentle overall. I didn’t experience any major side effects like nausea or stomach upset, which can be hit or miss with prenatals. I actually felt a small boost in energy after taking them consistently, likely from the B vitamins, which was a nice bonus. Overall, these feel like a well-balanced option that’s easy to incorporate into a daily routine, especially if you’re looking for something effective without being too harsh.

Finally a prenatal that feels thoughtfully made- And MADE IN THE USA!

Centurion Health Premium Prenatal Vitamins [10 Powerful Ingredients] with DHA, EPA, Folate and Vitamin B12, All Natural Pregnancy Supplement for Fetal Development and Pregnancy Support, 30 SoftgelsAfter trying a couple of different prenatals that either upset my stomach or felt overloaded with unnecessary extras, I decided to give these a shot—and I’m really glad I did. These feel simple in the best way: focused, effective, and easy to stick with. The softgels are one of my favorite parts. They’re smooth, not overly large, and go down without that lingering aftertaste some fish oil-based vitamins tend to have. I was especially concerned about DHA and EPA causing a “fishy” repeat, but I haven’t experienced that at all here. What stands out most is how balanced the formula feels. You’re getting the essentials like folate and B12, along with DHA/EPA for baby’s development, without it feeling like a mega-dose of everything under the sun. It gives me peace of mind without second-guessing what I’m putting into my body every day.I’ve also noticed these are gentler on my stomach compared to others I’ve tried. No nausea spikes after taking them, which—if you’re pregnant—you know is a huge win.A few highlights:Easy-to-swallow softgels with no unpleasant aftertasteWell-rounded formula without feeling excessiveIncludes DHA & EPA, which saved me from needing a separate supplementGentle on the stomach, even on more sensitive daysMade in the USA, which adds an extra layer of confidence for meIf you’re looking for a straightforward, no-drama prenatal that covers the important bases and is actually pleasant to take, this one is absolutely worth considering.

A well balanced prenatal supplement

Started taking Centurion Health Premium Prenatal Vitamins during pregnancy to make sure I was covering all the essentials for both my health and baby’s development, and I’ve been really happy with them. The formula includes DHA and EPA, which was a big selling point for me since those are important for fetal brain and eye development. It also contains folate and Vitamin B12, which are must-haves for pregnancy support and energy. One thing I really appreciate is that the ingredients feel well-balanced and thoughtfully put together. It’s not just a basic prenatal—this one feels more “complete” compared to others I’ve tried. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any weird aftertaste or fishy burps, which can be an issue with DHA supplements.I also didn’t have any stomach irritation or nausea from these, even when taken in the morning, which is a huge win during pregnancy. The fact that they’re all natural is another plus and gave me peace of mind.Overall, if you’re looking for a premium prenatal vitamin that supports both mom and baby with key nutrients like omega-3s, folate, and B12, this is a solid choice. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a high-quality prenatal supplement.

How to Use & What to Expect

Take 1 softgel daily with a meal to help your body absorb the nutrients effectively. Bump DHA is generally safe to take with other prenatal vitamins or supplements, but if you’re on medications or have specific health concerns, check with your healthcare provider first.

Bump DHA is made with high-quality, natural ingredients and is formulated to be gentle on the stomach. Most people tolerate it very well; however, because the formula contains zinc, taking it without food may cause mild stomach discomfort for some individuals. As with any supplement, if you experience unusual symptoms, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider. Bump DHA is safe for long-term daily use throughout pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum, providing consistent support for both mom and baby.

To maintain the quality and effectiveness of your product, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Avoid keeping them in areas like bathrooms, near stoves, or in cars where temperatures can fluctuate. A kitchen cabinet or pantry that stays at room temperature is ideal. Always keep the container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
