Great ingredients; great price! I've been taking this off and on for a few months. I'd stopped for a week or two and suddenly had a gout flare! When the foot pain got really bad, I took one and within about an hour, the pain subsided! I won't be without these ever again. I hope the next labs I get show a reduction in my uric acid. This plus some Chinese herbs, FLEX (GT) from Evergreen and an acupuncture treatment, which makes the gout go within 3 days and have kept me out of the hospital. I've had kidney stones twice, which can be a side-effect of excess Uric acid.😖 I also highly recommend Dr. Perlmutter's book, titled "Drop Acid," it's excellent!!👍🏻❤

Has ingredients that completes my gut health inflamation. Never spine itself, but couldnt move or sleep with traveling back pain. Feeling like an old man afraid to work at 72. Nervous system pain easing better.
Do what it suppose to do
I ordered this after a minor case of gout. I took the entire bottle as directed, and about 2 weeks after the bottle was gone I got a mid level gout attack right under my left big toe. This product didn't clear out any of the folic acid.
so far in seem be working.

glad I was able to try this out as part of a rebate program. I had been looking for a product that would be helpful in my overall UT health. Wanted to try something else instead of just cranberry. I feel like this is a good product with a quality list of ingredients. I did not notice really any difference in Urinary tract performance more so then just plain cranberry.
