My opinion? Can't go wrong with Number One Nutrition's offering of L-Methylfolate. It's a clean label and charmingly says it's made with love. :) I appreciate the excellent price for a generous 2 months supply. I've found the best time to take these (2 pills a day) is first thing with my morning coffee & breakfast. It keeps me consistent as it's so easy otherwise to forget to take them, and you really do need to be consistent - same time, daily. If you're on the hunt for L-Methylfolate supplements, I highly recommend these from Number One Nutrition.

Primary want to try to improve energy, focus and mood. It's important to take is constantly at the same time every day and the effectiveness will vary but took a couple weeks to notice.Even with the same diet, nicotine and caffeine use, my stress levels felt a bit more manageable, and I was able to bounce back more quickly. My focus might have improved slightly, but I can’t say I noticed any other benefits the product claims.Easy to swallow, good quality & decent price for the money. Your mileage will vary and may have more benefits from this than I did, but for me the reduction in getting preoccupied and stuck in a stress loop has been great.

I appreciate that this is third party tested, and I appreciate that there is an alternative to the "medical food" i used to require a prescription for at a hefty cost for the same exact thing.After taking a swab test, this was suggested to me by a psychiatrist for a genetic marker (genetic markers do not equate to diagnoses and I have learned that I should have requested further testing to determine whether this was actually necessary). According to my psychiatrist, L-Methylfolate would allow me to better absorb my medication. I haven't been able to locate any sources for this claim elsewhere, but I have decided to start taking this again so I can see for myself.Everyone needs folate, and this is a more easily absorbed version of it. Other manufacturers require prescriptions and are not necessarily covered by insurance. I'm grateful for this alternative.

I found them to be a good size and easy for me to swallow without any unpleasant aftertaste. With 60 servings in a bottle, I do not have to order every month, which offers a solid value.

I take methylated B vitamins daily. This seems like a good one in that it is bioavailable. The capsules are a little larger than standard in size but easy for me to swallow. I got no off tastes or odors either. It is fresh with a best by date of June 2028. There are 6- capsules in the bottle with a recommended dose of 2 per day. That would make this a 30-day supply if you follow hose directions. The price seems to be fair for the quality and quantity of the product to me.

This is easy to take and I didn’t have any negative side effects. Can’t say if it works yet but I feel safe using it knowing it is made in the USA and third party tested. It’s also an affordable option so I would recommend it!

To me, it seems cleaner than other versions I’ve taken in the past.The capsules are easy to swallow and I do not notice any stomach or intestinal discomfort, even when taken on an empty stomach.It didn’t take long for the effects to be seen by me. Maybe 3-5 days and I seem to be more mentally alert and didn’t get that 2:00PM drag in the middle of the day. I like the energy boost without the drastic falloff like caffeine or other energy boosters. This is just good, clean energy. Definitely a staple in my daily routine.

I started evaluating this before I had a head trauma so I had to take quite a break between. I feel like this really helped with my healing and focus. I had to be really careful with supplements and overloading. After running out I noticed how much this was helping. I was able to find something else, not methylfolate but similar results.As for this product good stuff, GMP, quality ingredients, but as with many the actual source is not disclosed. Daily cost is good if you find it works for you.
