I use this for mood stabilization and have had good results. I don't need it for sleep so I take it in morning.

I don't know why these disappeared as long as they did but these make me human again, I become so disconnected from the world and feel sad all the time for different reasons this helps a lot

3rd time buying. Seems to work the best out of 4 products tried. Can't say it helps me get to sleep faster, but definitely helps sleep deeper. Before I wasn't reaching REM sleep very often and was exhausted all the time. Since I sleep deeper I feel much better and more energy during the day.

I have used a couple other brands of 5 HTP but this works well.

This product has no ingredients that I've ever reacted badly to but it caused vomiting and didn't work at all.

This product really helps me to relax and fall asleep. Very good product.

I was was skeptical about this product, however, after taking it for a few days the change in my anxiety level has been quite dramatic. I am much more calm and relaxed now. I am highly impressed.

My doctor suggested I try this product and so happy I did! I have suggested it to 4 other people and they love it too. It has help so much with depression and anxiety.

I would recommend to try this if you are having lags in energy and/or feeling down sometimes. It will definitely increase your energy levels and bring you out of a funk. My only caution is that if you are taking a drug with serotonin to check with your doctor first.

I purchased this 5 - HTP for my husband who has a tough time staying asleep. He's also been very moody lately, and I thought this product may help him....and me He's been taking 2-capsules a day for the past 5-days, and I truly believe it's working. He's less irritable when he comes home from work, he seems to be sleeping almost all the way through the night, and I think he is more energetic than he was last week. Hopefully each day going forward hets better than the last....who knows, he could be a stress-free guy by the end of the bottle!

The 2020 pandemic has taken a toll on my overall wellbeing and I've been searching for something to help give me a little boost, without a bunch of stimulants. Like a lot of supplements (as well as medications), it takes a little time to start feeling the effects. On day 3, I started feeling a little less "blah" all day. As time has gone on, I've noticed an increase in feeling generally good and more motivated to get through the day. I get heart palpitations from energy drinks, so I have to be careful with stimulants. This has been a gentle boost of mood and energy without feeling amped up from stimulants and without heart palpitations. Best of all, no afternoon crash where I would want to take a nap. This has provided a good overall improvement to my feeling of wellbeing and energy. I can also say that I am sleeping better at night. I used to wake up frequently and wouldn't stay deeply asleep. This has improved the quality of sleep I'm getting and I'm not waking up every few hours. If you need a little boost in overall mood, which also helps energy and motivation, I highly recommend!

Took this product a week or so ago and instantly noticed a lack of craving for snacks. Not what I purchased it for but it was a bonus. After a week I feel that my mood has improved and it is easier to be in crowds. A mild improvement in focus as well. I like the product and will continue to take. Definitely will purchase again.

Product came to me fresh and sealed. No weird taste and easy to swallow. NO side effects. I plan to continue to take to see if helps to keep my energy level straight through the day

This is a nice option for 5-HTP. It also has calcium which I like. Overall I feel like this product increases my energy throughout the day.

This is an easy to take suppliment that could help your body boost seratonin levels and increase calm.

I have a horrible time getting more than 2-3 hours of sleep at night. That's usually keeps me going until I hit my early afternoon dead zone. During this dead zone I am fighting to keep my eyes open, I can't focus on anything and I am not a very pleasant person to be around. I purchased this product to try to remedy this dead zone and hopefully help regulate my sleeping pattern. It has helped with my early afternoon dead zone and I am noticing a little bit more sleep at night. Overall I think this is product. would be beneficial to someone looking to boost their energy, help with their mood and sleep.

It's calming. Good product!

It seems to work alright. I seem to have more energy. But always feel groggy by late afternoon.
