Seems like these helped with energy the time I’ve been taking them, but I included a picture of the pills. I never have trouble with swallowing pills but for some reason these were quite sticky and dry so it took some work to get done. Otherwise I’d recommend.

I’m new to methylated vitamins and am very happy to get this methylated B12 and folate supplement. I’m happy to see that this type of B12 — which is methylcobalamin — is a lot better than the other version of B12 — which is cyanocobalamin. So far, taking this for two weeks has been very easy on my stomach and I’ve had no issue whatsoever. I take one capsule a day after breakfast and it’s been great. If anything changes at the end of my two month supply I will come back and edit this review, but so far it’s great… the pills are easy to swallow, they look manufactured well, and have no long lasting aftertaste, and go down easily with water or juice. The ingredients look sourced very well and they are non-GMO, Vegan, and gluten-free. ♥️ This not only gets 5-stars from me... this gets my RARE 5+1 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️ STAR Rating for a total of 6-stars! Well deserved and more! ♥️I only give 5 stars to products that I use and exceeded my expectations for quality, functionality, ease-of-use, premium appearance & looks, durability, ease of installation & time to build, good value for the price point, accuracy in size & fit - and when possible - sustainability, green certification, safety, & environmental considerations. This seems to be a good brand with a large product line but they have a couple caveats. These methylated b-12 plus folate capsules are made in the USA from globally sourced ingredients, but the bottle says, “sourced from a GMP certified facility”. This indicates that the ingredients were manufactured from a GMP facility, but the final product that was made in the USA may not have been assembled in a GMP facility. It may be that the brand is too small to afford the audit process but they are substantially abiding by GMP, or it may mean the capsules are packed in Joe’s garage. Which it is, we don’t know. The bottle was well sealed, there is a lot number and expiration date on the bottle, there were no missing or extra doses, the capsules are consistent in weight and there was no loose powder or sticky capsules in the bottle. They look good. I took a picture very close that shows some speckles. Those are not dirt but rather seem to be the bergamot fiber (bergaflow, in other ingredients). Speaking of that though, I was unable to find any other company using the bergaflow as an inactive ingredient. Bergaflow is marketed to have cardiovascular and statin-like effects, so I’m not sure it’s in the correct category of ingredient or not. In any case, I needed a b-12 supplement, the added folate and bergaflow don’t hurt, and I like the methylated form so I got this. So far, it seems to work as well as other methylcobalamin supplements I have used. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the odd use of bergaflow in the other ingredients list and because it says it’s sourced (but not assembled) in a GMP facility.

This is a really great product - and somehow less expensive than the one I've been using! Win-win.Due to a genetic issue I have to take only bio-available B12 and folate which is provided nicely here in my personal ideal quantities. The capsule is small and very easy to manage. I always take it with breakfast because it can be too energizing later in the day and interfere with my sleep.This is made in the USA and 3rd party tested for purity, potency, and safety. This is what I look for in a supplement.This is also vegan.

These supplements arrived well sealed and labeled. They are made in the USA, a plus for me. I find them easy to take with no unpleasant aftertaste. I have been taking B12 supplements for years and I find that this one works well for me. Generally I prefer to take B12 as a liquid subliminally, however that is not always practical especially when you are travelling.  Problem solved with these capsules. Additionally I like that they are the Methylcobalamin form of B12 which I prefer. Overall I am pleased with the results.

This methylated B-12 supplement from Number One Nutrition is great quality and a good value. The bottle arrived with a safety seal intact. I like that these have no artificial colors and are made in the USA. The capsules are easy to swallow and I have not experienced any unwanted side effects taking them in the mornings.
